From Schematic Design through Construction Administration, GD+BUILDERS offers a complete range of services. Our work includes design development, construction documentation, and permit coordination, paired with hands-on project management throughout construction. As a licensed General Building Contractor, we provide scheduling, coordination, and quality oversight through regular site visits.
All physical construction work is performed by independently licensed subcontractors using their own labor, tools, and supervision. GD+BUILDERS does not perform hands-on construction work. GD Builders is a San Diego-based design-build studio founded by Javier Gracia.
We are builders, designers, and craftspeople driven by a shared purpose: to transform spaces and enhance homes through meaningful, well-built design. Rooted in Southern California and shaped by cross-border influences, GD Builders brings a regional perspective that understands both the coastal and inland character of our communities.
